Calculating the subscription fees

Regarding fees, the subscription fee should be calculated in the following manner:

For a Global Member School (Regional Schools pay 50% of this), the fee is based on Average Gross Tuition X O.OO13 and calculated in local currency. The Average Gross Tuition Fee is required to include fees payable by a majority of students, including fees for sport, culture, language, music, IT, library but excluding fees relating to meals and direct computer hardware costs. The fee has been set within a minimum and maximum range of no less than £1,700 and no more than £8,000.

This subscription fee has been set in a manner to respect the following five principles:

• The system needs to be (and be seen to be) equitable for all member schools
• The system needs to be efficient to implement and manage;
• The system needs to be flexible to adapt with the organizations growth and ambitions; and
• Member schools should pay fees in their local currency
• Transparency and accountability

To take a school which has an average gross of 14,000€ per student, you would multiply this by the number of students in the last 6 grade years and multiply this by the coefficient. 

To follow the example: 14,000 per student X 225 students (grades 8 to 13) X O.0013 = 4095€

A regional school would pay half of this amount.
