IDEALS

ABS promotes student leadership as part of the School’s management structure and all Round Square activities in line with the IDEALS. Leadership is encouraged within numerous competitive and recreational sports, Model United Nations and Harvard Model Congress, whole school events, a comprehensive house system, the IB Creativity Action and Service requirement, and a comprehensive expedition programme from Grade 5-11. The School promotes an appreciation of all faiths and acceptance of cultures. ABS celebrates diversity and is actively involved in a wide range of community projects and collaboration with NGOs, charities and local institutions.

What being a RS school means to us

Round Square offers ABS a platform for further developing our a strong culture of internationalism. Each year students travel abroad for the Round Square International Service Projects, a variety of conferences in Europe, Asia and North America. We play football, volleyball and basketball around the Mediterranean, language training in France, community projects in Cambodia and trekking in Tanzania. With such a global outlook ABS welcomes exchange students from Round Square schools who are adventurous and open minded.
