The IDEALS in our school

Since 1996, Glenlyon Norfolk School has been providing students with opportunities both in our academic and co-curricular programs to live according to the Round Square IDEALS.  From promoting international mindedness through our IB program, to developing leadership skills through outdoor education, GNS celebrates the IDEALS. Our students thrive at Round Square Conferences and RSIS projects, as well as on our service project to Costa Rica. We were the proud co-hosts of the 2008 International Round Square Conference on the theme of local to global environmental sustainability, a focus we continue to hold as important in our school and in our world.

What being a Round Square school means to us

Being part of a Round Square school means that our students have the opportunity to visit other countries through exchange programs and conferences, to take part in community service projects that support local and international organizations, and to spearhead campaigns that make a difference. Our students are able to practice the IDEALS in tangible, meaningful and memorable ways.  Being part of a Round Square school means better preparing our students to take on the International world that awaits.
