Ability to Solve Problems

Round Square Explorers discover the ability and confidence to think clearly and creatively to tackle a problem in a focused way and find the best possible solution(s) given the circumstances.

Removing personal biases and outside influences, they create and test possible paths to multiple potential solutions, sometimes working with others to co-create an approach, and at other times independently.

They are adaptable and develop resourcefulness in seeking out information, guidance and tools that will help them. They exercise their freedom to test, research and question, exploring the issue from a range of perspectives before analysing and evaluating their discoveries to reach an informed approach, solution or range of solutions.
