Inventiveness

Round Square Explorers develop new ideas and demonstrate divergent thinking, creativity, imagination and innovation. Looking with fresh eyes at an opportunity, challenge or problem, they are willing to think and act differently, taking a flexible approach allowing them to embrace new ideas and find new ways of doing things.

Working individually or in groups they develop novel ways of thinking and doing. They learn to transform abstract ideas into a concrete reality and so develop original ideas that have value.

Readily prepared to deviate from the norm and make unusual connections, they take time to explore and question and are encouraged to pursue change and improvement through their ideas.
