Teamwork Skills

Round Square Explorers discover the benefits of working together in a group with others in pursuit of a common goal.

They develop a positive team-working style that recognises the strengths and weaknesses of team members and combines individual attributes, skills and talents to enhance team performance.

Through experiencing teamwork on an international scale, they discover how to form and work in effective intercultural teams. Putting aside individual gain for the success of the team, they find that mutual co-operation and respect, good communication, self-awareness, personal responsibility, persuasion and conflict resolution skills are all contributing factors in successful teamwork.
