Round Square Worldwide Management Team

The work of the Round Square Community is supported and co-ordinated through the Worldwide Management Team (WMT) which reports to the Board of Trustees through the Chief Executive. Working from Round Square’s registered office in Windsor in the UK, the Team combines specialist support roles with on-the-ground co-ordination in the territories in which Round Square schools are based.

Rachael Westgarth

Rachael Westgarth

Round Square CEO, Rachael Westgarth leads the Worldwide Management Team, reports to the Board of Trustees and works closely with the RS Membership to shape and implement Round Square’s strategy and direction. Having coordinated the creation of Round Square’s current strategic plan she has led a range of initiatives in recent years, including a collaborative research programme with leading universities, and the development and launch of the Round Square Discovery Framework. Rachael represents Round Square at international forums, and regularly promotes the Round Square ethos on conference platforms around the world. A graduate of Oxford University, her career spans non-profit and commercial leadership roles in research, marketing, fundraising, program development and curriculum design.

Jane Howison

Jane has been involved with Round Square for more than 20 years, initially as bursar at a Round Square member school, and subsequently as a member of the Worldwide Management Team. Throughout Jane’s career with Round Square she has held a variety of posts including Business Manager and Head of Membership. In her current role she supports the CEO in all aspects of her work. Jane is also Secretary to the Board of Trustees.

Duncan Hossack

Duncan works with closely with our Regional Trustee and Reps’ Representative in the Americas, to support collaboration within the network respond to Membership enquiries and guide development of Round Square in new and existing Candidate and Member schools throughout the USA and Canada. Previously, he served in leadership roles at four schools in Canada and the US, and has a background in teaching, education leadership and management. Duncan has helped to lead two RSIS projects and has assisted with the organization of Regional and Global RS conferences.

Florencia Marante

Florencia joined Round Square in 2018 in the newly-created role of SSD for Latin America. She works closely with our Regional Trustee and Reps’ Representative in the Americas to support collaboration within the network, respond to Membership enquiries and guide development of Round Square in new and existing Candidate and Member schools throughout Latin America. Florencia is also a member of faculty at Belgrano Day School in Argentina, a Round Square School, and has a background, and holds degrees in both education and Journalism, Marketing and Public Relations.

Bubbles

Rajbir (Bubbles) Sandhu

Bubbles has been associated with Round Square for almost two decades as the Rep at Vivek High School, India and more recently as RS Mentor and Coordinator for the SAAG Region since 2013. A former Head of school with teaching experience in both the secondary and tertiary sectors, she works closely with our Regional Trustee and Reps’ Representative in South Asia and the Gulf to support collaboration within the network, respond to Membership enquiries and guide development of Round Square in new and existing Candidate and Member schools throughout the South Asia and Gulf Region.

Stuart Walls

Stuart Walls

Stuart has been involved with Round Square for many years as Deputy Head of the Middle School at Scotch Oakburn College in Tasmania. His career to date spans 26 years as a teacher and administrator in South African and Australian schools, where he has championed holistic education and experiential learning. In 2012, Stuart completed a Master of Education that focused strongly on Global Education and in recent years, has been the driving force behind Scotch Oakburn’s early adoption of the RS Discovery Framework. As SSD for Australasia and East Asia, Stuart works with closely with our Regional Trustee and Reps’ Representative in the A&EA to support collaboration within the network, respond to Membership enquiries and guide development of Round Square in new and existing Candidate and Member schools throughout the region.

Sandy Watt

As Membership Secretary, Sandy co-ordinates and facilitates the work of the Schools’ Support Directors as they work prospective Member Schools in their territories from initial enquiry through application, induction and introduction into the RS Community. Previously Round Square Regional Support Manager for Europe and the Mediterranean, and Round Square Rep at Box Hill School in the UK, Sandy has been involved with RS for a number of years. Much of her career has been spent in education, initially teaching and then as Principal/ Head Teacher and Director before joining Box Hill in 2010 and the Round Square Worldwide Team in 2015.

Aimee Theodore

Aimee Theodore

As Head of Programme Development, Aimee provides practical guidance, support and co-ordination for schools working to embed Round Square within the curriculum. Most recently the Head of a UK Middle School, Aimee has combined a 17-year teaching career with roles that have enabled her to work collaboratively with other teachers to gather and disseminate good practice education resources. Aimee gained her Masters of Education in Australia where she taught for a number of years, and worked on a national curriculum project across multiple states, before moving to the UK in 2009.

Katie Di Feliciantonio

Katie Di Feliciantonio

Katie leads the implementation of Round Square’s Digital Communications Strategy. She manages Round Square’s Social Media presence, web site and internal communications platforms, as well as a range of specialist digital and marketing projects. Katie compiles Round Square’s weekly e-newsletter, maintains the flow of communication within the Round Square Community and co-ordinates and leads its Marcoms network. Prior to joining Round Square, Katie’s career included roles in communications and media resource, most recently in a school environment.

Emma Fordham

Emma Fordham

As Conference and Projects Manager Emma co-ordinates delivery of the annual Round Square International Conference, and a programme of further events and conference opportunities for student, teacher and alumni engagement. She is also responsible for designing, developing, commissioning, booking and managing Round Square’s International Service Projects, including on-call support and Round Square’s BS8848 accreditation. Prior to joining Round Square, Emma lead both adventurous activities and team building events for young people, and has considerable experience and expertise in working with schools throughout the UK to deliver the expedition section of the Duke of Edinburgh’s award.

Sam Currie

Sam Currie

Sam works on a variety of projects for Round Square in her role as Key Initiatives Manager including the development of good practice case studies, alumni stories, and resources and guidance to support students in making the most of their Round Square experience in university applications. A graduate of Oxford University Sam’s background spans roles in communications, public relations, event management, research and fundraising. To date she has spent much of her career in the education sector working for government departments and social enterprises and most recently within an independent prep school.

Rox Khan

Raksana (Rox) Khan

Rox manages all aspects of Round Square’s financial management, and works closely with the CEO to draft budgets and produce financial reports for the Round Square Board of Trustees. A qualified accountant with over 10 years’ experience gained in both Corporate and SME businesses, Rox is well-versed in all aspects of accounting Auditing, Commercial, Financial and Management.
