This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly valued and respected HR team in a new role that will blend your knowledge of HR operations and best practice together with the delivery of innovation and change through HR project management.

The successful applicant will have experience of successfully developing and delivering significant change programmes in a complex organisation. This role will be critical in supporting the Director of Human Resources to deliver both existing and future projects within the People Strategy, ensuring the effective tracking and reporting of project milestones and communication with relevant stakeholders.

The successful post holder will also have a key role in supporting delivery of HR operational excellence across the School. They will work closely with the HR Advisor to ensure day-to-day HR operational services are delivered efficiently, effectively, to a high standard and continue to meet the needs of the business.

To succeed in this role, you will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to demonstrate how you can continuously deliver results. You will be a natural leader capable of engaging, guiding and supporting colleagues to gain successful outcomes.
