Location: Home-based in a Latin American country
Reporting to: Chief Executive, Round Square (UK based)
Time Fraction: 0.6 FTE (3 days per week or equivalent)
Salary: Negotiable commensurate with experience and current position
Start-date: asap in 12 months following appointment, subject to notice period of current position
Contract: via a consultancy contract or secondment from a RS school
Main job purpose: Reporting to the Chief Executive of Round Square, and working with the Regional Trustee and Reps’ Rep in the Americas, and the SSD – USA & Canada, liaise with, support, and guide development of Round Square in schools throughout Latin America in line with the Americas schools’ shared Regional Objectives and our Worldwide Strategic Plan.

The role of Schools’ Support Director – Latin America (0.6 FTE) is a new appointment. This new role has been created as part of an ongoing strategy to encourage and facilitate increased networking and collaboration between RS schools, providing greater value, support and leadership to the RS Schools’ network at regional and local levels.
The Schools’ Support Director – Latin America will report directly to the Chief Executive of Round Square and is part of the Round Square Worldwide Management Team. The successful applicant will have a background in education/ teaching and a passion for character education. In this role they will draw on their ability to engage with, inform and influence schools’ strategic development at a senior level to provide ambassadorial leadership to a broad-ranging network.
