Thank you Cobham Hall – our 6th Host School

Posted: 12 May 2022

We are delighted and excited to announce a sixth addition to the hosting team for the RSIC2022 – On behalf of everyone that has asked for extra delegate places THANK YOU to Cobham Hall School.

Cobham Hall School is an independent day and boarding school housed in a beautiful 16th Century Manor House in 150 acres of parkland in Kent, UK. Thank you to Headmistress Wendy Barrett, RS Rep Vicki Kipling, and the Cobham Hall Community for stepping in with the extra capacity needed.

Most of you will, by now, have had your final delegate numbers confirmed. At the end of the day tomorrow we will be opening delegate registration with Mailout 2.

The version of Mailout 2 you receive will tell you which college in Oxford you will be staying at for the first half of the conference. It will also tell you whether you will be staying in Oxford for the second half of the week, or going on to another location, and if so, which school will be hosting you for the second half of the week.

Please only register names for the number of delegates we have confirmed with you. We are absolutely full to capacity now at 1,500 delegates, and have had to draw a hard-stop line. Please don’t ask us for more places. The answer has to be “no”.

With Mailout 2 we will be sharing with you first drafts of the schedule, programme, and risk assessments, and providing links to the pages on the conference web site where you will be able to download the medical and consent forms, waivers etc.
