The IDEALS in our school

The IDEALS of Round Square at Abbotsholme are reflected both within the classroom and beyond. Throughout the senior school pupils are involved in service activities, challenge and adventure through our extensive Outdoor Education programme and international understanding as part of a fundamental objective – the full and individual development of every pupil into a whole person.

What being a Round Square school means to us

The fundamentals of RS and those of our founder Cecil Reddie are one and the same. Our approach to education is a holistic one, and being a RS school allows us to explore the IDEALS further, whilst remaining true to our founding principles. Being a RS school gives us access to a worldwide framework to encourage our pupils to develop and reach their full potential.
