The British School, New Delhi
The British School, New Delhi is truly a melting pot of cultures and communities and we pride ourselves on this diversity that promotes mutual respect and empathy. Upon this unshakable base of internationalism, the IDEALS of Round Square are clearly embedded within academic and extracurricular school life. The elected student leaders strive to encourage responsibility within others through a myriad of creative, academic, and physical events and experiences that require both an adventurous spirit and unwavering passion. We are not an insular school; our students are encouraged to explore beyond the classroom and serve the wider community through student-led clubs, school initiatives and independent projects. Intrinsic to our school spirit is a a holistic education that nurtures students not only academically, but also develops awareness regarding social and environmental issues.
What being a RS school means to us
Being a Round Square School, we are fortunate enough to have a varied, holistic school programme to supplement the curriculum. By providing rich cultural experiences through the development of the Round Square pillars, there is scope for our students to enhance their personal skills–social, creative, physical–whilst creating links within and beyond the school community.
