Programme: The programme will begin at 3pm on Friday afternoon with Introductions and Global Updates with Rachael Westgarth, Round Square’s Chief Executive, followed by a round of Blue-Sky Barazas (accompanied by pre-dinner drinks).
Saturday will be a full day packed with Good Practice Sharing, presentations and workshops, including a high-speed share-and-steal session (for which you will each be asked to come ready to show-and-tell in 5 minutes an idea, initiative, or quick-win from the past year in your school).
On Sunday we will have a change of pace, with free time to explore Belfast, visit the market, get involved in optional activities in the local area (at an additional cost) or travel home from Sunday morning.
Participation Fee: A participation fee (excluding accommodation) will be payable to Rockport School, to cover dinner on Friday and dinner and lunch on Saturday evening, tea/coffee and coach transfers between the hotel, school and dinner venues.
Accommodation: Rockport School will also make accommodation arrangements based on your selections at registration, and will send one combined invoice for your participation fee and accommodation combined. A block of rooms has been reserved at The Europa Hotel .
You will need to book and pay for your own flights and transfers to the Europa Hotel from the nearest airports (George Best City Airport, Belfast International or Dublin Airport) each of which offers a very efficient and cost-effective coach shuttle service which drops, and picks up, close to The Europa Hotel. Participants will need to arrive at the hotel by 3pm on Friday 23 January.
