Colegio Colombo Británico (CCB) is in search of their next Head of Secondary. The Head of Secondary plays a pivotal role in leading the academic and pastoral life of the Secondary Section (Grades 6–12), ensuring the successful delivery of the MYP, DP, and CP programmes, as well as the Colombian National Curriculum in alignment with the school’s vision, mission, and 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. The Head of Secondary should be a visionary and empathetic educational leader who fosters a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and student-centred learning. They work closely with the Headmaster, Deputy Headmaster and the wider Leadership Team to ensure a seamless learning journey across the school.

CCB is a school with a pioneering spirit, which started from its inception, to being the first school in Colombia in 1976 to offer the IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme) and the second in Latin America to do so, to becoming only the second school in Colombia to offer the CP. They are constantly changing and always self-evaluating to become better every day, accountable to the IB and CIS to meet high international standards. They have a very close knit community which makes working at CCB a pleasure.
