The Affiliated High School of Peking University’s Dalton Academy invites you to register up to six students aged 16-18 and one adult HERE for a RS Zoom Postcard with the theme “From Plate to Place: Food as Identity”.
The 60-minute call will take place on Wednesday 25 March at 9am CST (GMT +8) which we make to be 6:30am in Delhi, 8am in Bangkok, 9am in Hong Kong and Perth, 10am in Tokyo, 10:30am in Alice Springs, 12pm in Sydney, and 2pm in Auckland and Wellington. But please check for your own location.
Ahead of the call our hosts ask participants to think of two dishes, one that represents your family the most and one that represents your culture the most and come to the call ready to discuss the following questions: What are they? Do you enjoy them personally? What are their values?
