Newcastle Grammar School invites you to register up to six students aged 16-18 and one adult HERE for a RS Zoom Postcard with the theme “The World Beyond Us: Youth responding to conflict and crisis”
The 60-minute call will take place on Wednesday 6 May at 12pm AEST (GMT +10) which we make to be 7:30am in Delhi, 9am in Bangkok, 10am in Beijing, Hong Kong and Perth, 11am in Tokyo, 11:30am in Alice Springs, and 2pm In Auckland. But please check for your own location.
Ahead of the call our hosts ask participants to find a conflict or crisis that your home country did not have direct connection to but responded to and ponder on the following questions: What was the policy, aid or response? Why did your country get involved? Do you think they should have been involved?
