Dates: 8 to 21 August 2026
Fee: £3,000 GBP (excluding flights and visas)
Travel: You will need to plan your own travel to arrive into Kilimanjaro Airport on 8th August and depart from Kilimanjaro Airport on 21st August 2026.
Passport: Please check that you have a valid passport that expires no earlier than the end of February 2027 (6 months after the end of the trip);
Visa: Most nationalities will need to obtain a tourist visa for Tanzania and/or for any country you transit through, and it is your responsibility to obtain this.
Please research the availability of visas for your nationality and check that you will be able to obtain this before you apply (this may be influenced by whether or not there is a Tanzanian Embassy or Consulate in your country). You can do this by going to the web site for the Tanzanian Embassy or Consulate in the country that issued your passport and reading their instructions for obtaining a Tourist Visa.
Please also do the same for any countries you transit through (i.e. where you change planes) to find out whether you need a Visa in order to transit through that location.
