From 2–9 April 2025, Craighouse School in Santiago, Chile welcomed aged 16–18 for a week-long Round Square Conference centred on the theme “Dare to Dream, Dare to Lead.” The event brought together delegates from across the world to explore what it means to be a leader in today’s rapidly changing and interconnected world.

The six-day conference programme combined keynote talks, Baraza discussions, and hands-on activities that reflected the six Round Square IDEALS — Internationalism, Democracy, Environmentalism, Adventure, Leadership, and Service. With Chile’s unique geography as a backdrop — from mountains and forests to the coast and desert — delegates were encouraged to reflect on environmental responsibility, social challenges, and the role of young people in shaping the future.
