16 Round Square schools from the Africa Region and four observer schools from Ghana were all in attendance; in all there were about 150 students and adult delegates. It was a remarkable experience for every delegate. Keynote speakers explored the conference theme followed by a cultural trip to the Manhyia Palace, the seat of traditional leadership in Ashanti .
In the evening, there was a formal dinner at the cultural centre where all delegates were clad beautifully in their traditional wears.
The programme included:

- Opening ceremony with beautiful display of Ghanaian culture by our students
- Key note speakers
- Service projects at an orphanage and two local schools
- Adults had a PD session with Dr. Patrick Awuah on the role of Schools and educators in developing leaders in the service of Africa
- Night hangout with one of Ghana’s best actors, Majid Micheal
