Teamwork Tama is an amazing hero though he can be even better with a sidekick. Teamwork Tama’s sidekick, Talia is a medium sized brown puppy who is always very curious, which is very similar to Teamwork Tama. Teamwork Tama and Talia work really well together and both learn from others. They also listen to each other and learn different ways to solve problems. Talia is a wonderful sidekick to Teamwork Tama and helps to ensure they are working with each other to make something incredible.
Talia always helps Teamwork Tama with whatever problems he might come across, for example when a group is having trouble, Teamwork Tama gives the group ways to combine all their ideas into one big idea and then Talia works with all the people in the groups to make this happen.
One day, when Teamwork Tama and Talia were walking in the colourful school halls, they peaked into a classroom and saw the students doing a project in groups. This made them get really excited as this was an opportunity for them to go in and help. Teamwork Tama and Talia enter and observe the groups showing amazing teamwork. Yet in the corner of the classroom, they saw a group who were struggling with the task and making decisions. So, Teamwork Tama and Talia went over to that group and talked to them. The group explained that every time they thought of a topic to do their project on, everyone in the group was disagreeing on their idea. Teamwork Tama and Talia started thinking about many different ways the group could work better together. After a few minutes, Talia had a magnificent idea.
On the table was also a toy box the group could use for the project. Talia jumped onto the table and started scurrying through the toy box. She found a toy which she thought could help and picked it up with her teeth. This toy was not any ordinary toy, it had an important element on it. On the bottom of the toy, it was written “A team rises when you lift each other.” She placed it on the table and to get Teamwork Tama’s attention, Talia put her paw on the writing so Teamwork Tama could see it.
Teamwork Tama was very grateful for Talia’s help and explained to the group they should listen to each other’s ideas one by one and form one great idea for a topic. He also explained that it isn’t about being a leader, it is about including everyone, helping each other and if they do that then they can make a wonderful team together.
Teamwork Tama could not have solved this or helped the group without his amazing sidekick, Talia. Together they help each other they show teamwork and work together to be even better.
