On a stormy Monday morning Self-Aware Simba and his sidekick Eager Ella were getting prepared to go to the round square event, for the round square children. They would be educated by the heroes and their sidekicks on how to treat others the way you would like to be treated. The next day as they were getting prepared to go to the conference, Ella told Simba, “I REALLY don’t think this is a good idea…” “Stop overthinking everything, it will be fine.” Simba replied, while giving Ella a reassuring smile, but deep down he was afraid as Ella. Something kept tugging at his consciousness warning him. It was even more suspicious since normally Ella is the one to tell him to stop worrying and reading into things way too much, so it would only be normal for something to really be wrong if she begins to panic.
Boarding the train was a nightmare, the people were pushing and shoving and fighting, just to get to work. Simba had had just about enough and was going to express that this was so unnecessary this was when the bus screeched to a halt, it turns out that the so-called hero, Ella thought was a saboteur was standing in front of the steering wheel cackling at the train operator lying on the floor. Simba let out a disgruntled gasp, in harmony with the rest of the train passengers, except Ella, because she was frantically screaming. “GET HELP! GET HELP!” She screamed. “THERE’S NO TIME ELLA!” “We have to take action!” Simba responded while trying to get all the passengers off the plane. Ella decided to let him handle that, whilst she tended to the unconscious train operator, since there were no injuries, she just tried to wake him up and checked his pulse.
Soon enough she was the only one left on the train, well obviously with the train operator, but she was the only conscious one on the train… wait that cannot be right, WHERE IS SIMBA?! Ella pulled the train operator out the train and handed him over to the brave medics helping around the scene. Then she started yelling out Simba’s name repeatedly, which she knew he would not be proud of but that’s beside the point. This was clearly pointless since no one came to her rescue, so she fought the urge to fall to her knees and bury her face in her hands and instead pulled herself together and hopped onto the next train. Everybody around her was so focused on getting to where they needed to be they were oblivious to the mental turmoil going on inside her head. She decided the next logical place to look was the was the lake they were supposed to have the event, since Simba might be there waiting for her. She waited about fifteen minutes before she heard the speaker boom “Epiphany’s Heart, station please exit for this is the last stop.”
So of course, Ella got off the train and sprinted out of the station, only to find everyone who was supposed to attend the event waiting outside. There was only one person missing and Ella knew why. “Why did you leave me?” Ella asked Simba. “I got a notification from the round square team to meet up here.” Simba simply said, as if he hadn’t just abandoned her. “You left me there.” Ella said her voice breaking. “Come on Ella, it’s not that big of a deal.” He nagged. “Whatever.” Ella mumbled; her voice robbed of all her eagerness. She turned away and walked over to Courageous Collette and tapped her on the shoulder. “Hey Collette, uh do you know where Grateful Grace is?” Ella said. Well Ella wanted to say Ungrateful Grace but that’s not nice.
“Oh, hello Ella, yes she’s in the building.” Collette said. “Why?” Questioned Ella. “We should have believed you from the beginning, but she started acting suspicious and then all of a sudden we got a report saying that the figure that brought down the train looks exactly like her.” Collette said. “Her?” Ella responded. “Yes, the figure was Grace!” Collette muttered impatiently. “So, what should we do? Have you told the team?” Ella said skeptically. “No, but we will now!” Collette said while half dragging Ella along. “Listen up everyone! Grace… let’s just say she’s not on our team. She is the saboteur!” Collette yelled, taking charge. “She claims her name is Grateful Grace, but she really is Ungrateful Grace.” Flash forwards an hour and the team had gathered around the grassy hill next to the lake, discussing a plan. “What are we going to do!” Compassionate Carlos whispered, “Maybe we shouldn’t do this.” Responsible Rami anxiously muttered. “Well, we can’t let Grace run amuck anymore and cause a bunch of trouble. We are the round square heroes after all. We’ll find a way!” Problem-Solving Papri said cheerfully. “Keep your voice down Papri, and- I’m not good at confrontation.” Rami said clearly embarrassed. “We can’t give up Rami!” Tenacious Tama said. “OK enough with the chit chat let’s get this over with! Collette cheered.
Ella walked forwards and was immediately greeted with Grace’s voice. “Guys where were you!? The lakes full of filthy geese!” Grace complained ungratefully, completely defying her name. “Look Grace I’m going to cut right to the point, you are not being grateful like your name, and you claim, and none of us know what to do.” Communication Cara said. “Well of course I’m grateful, how could you accuse me of this?!” Grace said, poorly defending herself, but as she was saying this she slowly started backing away, but before Grace could make it, a swarm of police officers surrounded her and took her away for further investigation. After all that the event that conference was for was a hit, and all the children loved it. It ended up making a huge difference in the community and will hopefully bring a better future for future generations. The end.
