We are delighted to invite all Heads of Round Square Schools to register now, using the link below, for the next Round Square Heads’ Symposium, which will take place from 20 to 24 January 2027, in Hong Kong.

Under the theme “Meet at the Peak”, we will create space to network, to share good practice, and to discover and celebrate the role that challenge and adventure plays in promoting sustainable wellness, wellbeing and peak performance. We will also take a moment, from our Peak vantage point, to reflect on recent and current challenges, and look ahead to potential futures.

With grateful thanks to Head of School, Frederick Poon, and RS Coordinator Paul Chan, at St Paul’s Coeducational College, who have arranged some fantastic venues and activities, our main venue for the Symposium will be The Regal Hong Kong Hotel, Causeway Bay, which will host our early-evening welcome reception on Wednesday 20 January from 4pm. They will also host us for our Keynotes, Workshops and Good Practice Sharing on Friday 22 and Saturday 23 January.

This event is strictly for School Heads and Principals only. The delegate fee is £650pp, and will be invoiced by Round Square following registration. This fee excludes accommodation, and we invite delegates to make their own accommodation arrangements separately. Should you wish to stay at The Regal Hong Kong Hotel, Causeway Bay, St Paul’s has negotiated a preferential rate of HKD$983 per room per night which you can book using THIS LINK

To assist you in planning travel and registration, here are some details about planned activities:

On Sunday 24th for those who are able to stay on for an extra day, there will be an optional excursion to Geopark which will take place in the morning and will include boat transportation. The trip has been generously sponsored by The Hong Kong Tourist Board. If you choose to join this trip, please book flights leaving Hong Kong late on Sunday evening or on the morning of Monday 25 January.

NB: With the RS Heads’ Symposium and the RS Coordinators’ Global Assembly both taking place in 2027, there will be no face-to-face Round Square Forums taking place in 2027. Instead there will be a supplementary online meeting, but, wherever possible, schools are encouraged to participate in the Symposium and Assembly events. RS Forums will return in 2028.
