Maria’s Public School invites you to register up to six students aged 13-15 and one adult HERE for a RS Zoom Postcard on 14 May with the theme “Should Empathy Edit our Expression?”
The 60-minute call will take place on Wednesday 14 May at 2pm IST (GMT +5:30) which we make to be 9:30am in London, 10:30am in Copenhagen and Johannesburg, 11:30pm in Nairobi, 12:30pm in Dubai and Yerevan, 3:30pm in Bangkok, and 4:30pm in Hong Kong and Beijing, and 6:30pm in Sydney. But please check for your own location.
Ad a pre-work our hosts ask participants to research real-world cases from their own region where the conflict between protecting people’s feelings and upholding free speech has played out and come to the call ready to talk about it.
