Our environmentally-themed conference begins on Tuesday 9 December with a BBQ lunch by the pool and an afternoon opening ceremony which will explore various environmental themes in Tanzania. Accommodation will be in a local hotel in Arusha (e.g. https://www.corridorspringshotel.com/).
On day two, the location will shift to the local Cultural Heritage Centre for a morning of guest speakers and activities with the Roots ‘n’ Shoots foundation (connected to Jane Goodall) on some environmentally-themed
workshops and to host barazas amongst the impressive cultural art in the African-themed gallery. The conference will then go on the road to the tourist /agricultural town of Mto-wa-Mbu where accommodation will be at Fanaka Camp for two nights. Students will share tents and staff will have individual tents near their students.
Day three will begin with a trip Inside the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater to look at issues surrounding human-wildlife conflict there. This will Include a packed lunch In the crater, followed by an evening of
barazas at the campsite.
Day four will feature a carousel of activities in the morning, followed by a drive back to Arusha and a short closing ceremony. Departure will be at the leisure of each school, whether it is on the same evening or the following morning.

- Number of Adults: Up to 2 at a delegate fee of $750 USD per person
The price specified above includes:
- all meals throughout the duration of the conference all accommodation throughout the duration of the conference
- all transport throughout the duration of the conference (including airport pick up and drop off)
- all visits and activities throughout the duration of the conference
The price specified above does not include:
- travel to/from the point of arrival/departure
- enroute accommodation to/from the point of arrival/departure
- visas
- personal spending money (for souvenirs and extra drinks/snacks)
- personal equipment or
- any pre/post conference trips
Payment of Delegate Fees
Details for payment will be outlined on your invoice. You will be charged for the number of delegates you have indicated in this Letter of Commitment and payment will be required before the deadline specified on your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
By signing and returning the Letter of Commitment you will be formally committing to your school’s attendance AND number of delegates at to this conference. You will be charged for the number of delegates you have indicated on your Letter of Commitment and payment will be required before the outlined deadline on your invoice.
IF WE CANCEL: In the unlikely event that this conference is cancelled by St Constantine’s International School, a full refund of delegate fees will be issued. Any other non-refundable costs will be the school’s responsibility. Please ensure that your insurance will cover this.
IF YOU CANCEL: Please note the cancellation dates below before sending your letter of commitment as we will be holding you to the numbers quoted. Please do not submit more than one letter of commitment as only the first letter we receive will be accepted. From that point onwards you must cancel any places that are no longer needed. Any cancellations or alterations to your booking are subject to this cancellation schedule:
- Cancellations before 31st August 2025 will receive a full refund;
- Cancellations between 1st September 2025 and 30th September 2025 will receive a 50% refund;
- Cancellations between 1st October 2025 and 31st October 2025 will receive a 25% refund;
- After 1st November 2025 no refunds will be issued.
