Join RS Zoom Postcard from Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow in India on 12 August
Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow invites you to register up to six students aged 9 to 11 and one adult HERE for a RS Zoom Postcard on 12 August with the theme “From Greed to Green”.
The 90-minute call will take place at 1:30pm IST (GMT +5:30) which we make to be 8am in Accra, 9am in London and Marrakech, 11am in Nairobi, Doha, and Athens, 2pm in Chittagong, 3pm in Bangkok, 4pm in Hong Kong, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur and Perth, 5pm in Tokyo, and 6pm in Sydney. But please check for your own location.
Ahead of the call our hosts ask participants to upload HERE a one slide per school showing how rapid urbanization has contributed to the loss of green cover in their city or country. The slide should include real photographs, with one half showing the original green space and the other showing the same area after being replaced by buildings, roads, or other infrastructure (ensure to name of the location).
