The IDEALS in our school

Internationalism is reflected in our cosmopolitan student body, international links and exchanges, distinctive curriculum (e.g. core World Perspectives and Global Goals courses); Democracy in the importance of student voice in both formal and informal ways; Environment and Sustainability in our curricular provision, new buildings, and the work of student societies; Adventure in our World Challenge, Duke of Edinburgh and Activities Week programmes; Leadership through personal responsibility, School Council, pupil societies, sports, music and arts; Service in our Service programme, community links, charity work and links with Schools in Uganda and Morocco.

What being a Round Square school means to us

Principally we want to benefit our pupils and help them develop as responsible, active global citizens. There is clear synergy between the IDEALS and Latymer’s aims so Round Square reinforces and enriches both our ethos and what we do. Becoming part of a international family of schools sharing similar values and ambitions is a logical step for us. We look forward to the international links, opportunities, collaboration that belonging to Round Square will bring.
