AKS delivers the best in academic achievement and preparation for individual success beyond school.

Academic ambition – our broad range of curricular and co-curricular opportunities not only seek to achieve excellence but also provide the experiences for any pupil who has an interest to ‘have a go.’

Individual Pathways – enabling students to find and then fulfil their potential in whatever their interest or passion(s) maybe.

Success and value – encouraging high expectations at the same time instilling the virtues of lifelong learning and citizenship

What being a Round Square school means to us

AKS pupils take advantage of the broad range of opportunities that being a Round Square school offers.  We nurture the IDEALS and encourage a spirit of voluntary contribution to the school and the wider community. The fully integrated curriculum and wide range of activities, clubs, and societies actively encourage pupils to develop their interests and discover their individual pathways.
