The Ideals in our school

We welcome pupils from all over the world who enrich our daily life and offer a varied exchange program to all our students. Our close association with the plot to assassinate Hitler, in which a considerable number of our pupils were involved, gives democratic values a firm focus at our school. Students participate actively, be it as elected prefects or as members of the school council. Students in Roßleben care about the environment and have initiated insect hotels, plastic free Roßleben, nature trails and a green classroom. Our students are offered a great choice of adventure: skiing, windsurfing, climbing, canoeing and walking expeditions. All students are encouraged to become members in service: fire service, school medical service, pupil monitoring.

What being a Round Square school means to us

Round Square is for our students and staff not only a wonderful opportunity to improve their own skills and to become global citizens but also to support other people worldwide and to contribute to make a difference in the world.
