Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya is seeking to recruit GAP Teaching Assistants for the academic year 2023-24. We have a long and successful history of hosting school-leavers and graduates from around the world. Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya –a name synonymous with quality education since its inception in 1956, has a rich legacy, much like the city of its origin, Gwalior. The school is spread over 35 acres of estate rich in ancient trees and bird diversity .Over 500 girls’ students from India and abroad live here amidst the screams of peacocks, brooding banyan trees and heritage buildings.

Your role in our school is to support teaching and learning in different classes which also includes co curricular events and Sports. You will work alongside colleagues as a member of the SKV team. There are numerous opportunities to develop your passions and interests through environmental and, service projects, various clubs, sports and other activities.
GAP colleagues will be accommodated in the staff colony of our School with an entrance directly on to school premises and to the city. A member of staff will look after the accommodation and be there to provide advice and support.

We know that leaving home as part of a GAP placement can be daunting. SKV provides you with the opportunity to be away from home with the reassurance and support our community can offer.

We have two sessions, July to December and January to April. There are up to two vacancies for each session.
