Carrollwood Day School is a non-sectarian, co-educational, independent day school for students, from age two through high school in Tampa, Florida. An IB World School, CDS is dedicated to building a community prepared and inspired to better the world.
The IDEALS in our school
The RS IDEALS align with the mission, values, and guiding principles of our school and as an IB World School come to life in the classrooms and co-curricular activities throughout all divisions. As developing global citizens, CDS students lead the charge in offering each other insight into different cultural practices. Students take responsibility for building school culture and community through thriving student government organizations, honor societies, and student initiated and led clubs. Students of all ages are authentically service minded, well accustomed to looking for ways to act to better the world and themselves. In the classroom and beyond, CDS students are encouraged to explore new pathways and become courageous in their choices and actions.
