175 students and 42 adults from 30 Round Square schools participated in a vibrant and colourful globally accessible conference at Regent’s School Bangkok linked to the Discovery Framework
Students and staff were encouraged to recognise and discover the attitudes and skills that will enable them to ‘Escape the Ordinary’.
Created by the students of the three host schools, the theme summed up perfectly the shared purpose in coming together for a week of growth and learning.
Students explored the theme ‘The journey that makes us’ and considered the adventure life presents us and the growth, learning and personal development we undertake in our lifetimes.
This exchange has made me more employable and has encouraged me try to new things even if I have no experience in that field. If it wasn’t for this exchange, then I may never have had the courage to join the army.
